W.I.T.

The best part about being an invalid is that I get to sit back and enjoy watching every moment of Lily and Baba time. You know, this is the thing I longed to see for 10 years while we prayed for a child. Then, now, God gives me these wonderful opportunities to take in every moment of their time together. Every night, I have gotten to watch them snuggle together in bed which I have totally got to get a picture of. Then, I got to watch this moment last night.... Seeing Lily hug on Jamie while he was fixing her some milk before bedtime was the sweetest thing. She hugged and hugged on him. Then, the next picture...
She is just rubbing on Jamie's neck while he is getting things ready for bed. Now, I don't have a picture of the next moment I have to tell you about. You know, Lily is eating by herself now, and she does a great job most of the time. But, tonight, Jamie was having a hard time getting her to eat. So, then, he had a spoon and she had a spoon. She wanted to feed him. So, I sat there and watched Lily give Jamie a bite and Jamie give Lily a bite. This went on all through dinner. It was soooo sweet! Then, Jamie said, " W.I. T., baby!" I grinned at his famous saying- Whatever it takes! I love this man- and so does his daughter!

What wonderful pictures. Lily obviously loves her baba a whole lot. What a time for you to store up memories that will last you a lifetime.

Love the saying w.i.t. I may have to borrow that one in the future.

I am glad to hear that your recovery is going well! I'm praying your energy returns quickly and that Lily adjusts well to your restrictions.

What a head of hair! She has Sarah beat by far!
