Chinese New Year's Celebration
Lily said she would try the dress on, but only for some pictures.
At least she smiled. As soon as Baba finished with the pictures, the dress was off.

We had dinner at a Chinese Restaurant, then we made New Year's crafts with the girls. Lily made a new friend tonight- her name is Lily Grace, too. She is 4 1/2 years old. Isn't she a cutie!
Here are the other girls doing their crafts at the next table.
The girls were working hard making their Year of the Tiger picture frames.
Lily said...
When we were playing downstairs last night, Lily said, "I'm not eating a frog and kissing a bug on the same day!" We cracked up.

Where did Downtown Atlanta go? The WhiteOut covered the city in the above picture.

Holiday...
Fixin' hair and Drawing pictures...
Lily decided on Saturday morning that her animals needed some headbands.
She was so proud of herself. She also put on an entire outfit- shirt and shorts- all by herself today. She was so excited! Normally, she will just do one or the other, but never both. She is just growing up. Lily loves to draw. She can do it for hours and hours. The picture below is a drawing of Aunt Suzette. Lily said she is mad- that is why she drew a straight line for her mouth. Her pictures are hilarious! Do you see her arms sticking out of her head and her necklace under her chin. Plus- look at all of that hair!

Happy Referral-versary!
Two years ago today, we got the call from AWAA telling us that our Lily was waiting on us in China. We couldn't wait for tomorrow because we would be seeing Lily's picture for the first time. The pictures here are the first glimpses we had of our beautiful daughter that God made just for us. I cannot believe that this time has passed so quickly. We have enjoyed every moment of being Lily's parents! She is truly a blessing straight from God!
