I am so blessed that God me a wonderful husband who is my best friend and a kind, beautiful daughter!

Lily's Newest Love

You probably can't see her, but she is over on the left-hand side of this enormous gym stretching before her beam and uneven bars practice.  Lily has started gymnastics this summer, and she is amazing!  I am shocked by what she has learned in just two weeks.  She picks up everything quite quickly, and then of course, she is practice-practice-practice at home.  She loves it!  So, like all things she loves- she commits herself to it completely.  I will try to get better pictures in the future, but I am just mesmerized by her during practice.  So, I have a hard time taking photos- afraid I will miss something that she does.  She is truly a remarkable little young lady!

 This summer, Lily has been working on many art projects, along with other little hobbies that she enjoys.

 We have also been working on decorating the stage again at church...we have a Pirate-theme this summer!

Happy Birthday!!!!

 Lily just turned 7 over the weekend....

 Trina gave her tons of books...which she is thrilled about!

 Suzette gave her money to go shopping...

 So Lily got to choose what we did for her birthday... she picked a weekend in Pigeon Forge shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall.  She had a blast!  As soon as Jamie loads his pictures to Dropbox, I will add more pictures of our weekend together!

2nd Grade Field Trip!

 Lily had a fabulous time on her field trip!  She got to play horse shoes....

 and do lots of gemstone mining!
