After Lily's bath tonight, Baba was blow drying her hair while she was telling him everything that had happened during the day and asking him an endless amount of questions, as usual.
She asked him what the things were on the side of his face. She commented that they were like Mike Brady's on The Brady Bunch.
To which he replied that they were called sideburns.
Lily's reply..."Why? You don't have any fire on you!" (With lots of giggles and snake-laughing, as we have called it. It sounds something like this...SsssSssssSsss)

Wonderland
After a day of fun in Wonderland (at Faith Promise), we got to take some of the Wonderland flowers home with us. So, of course, Lily chose a purple one!

Look What I Am Learning!
Lily used her little red bag from Chinese New Year to make Kitty a bag. If you look really closely, you can see that she wrote 'Kitty's Bag' on it. So, I was working out on the bike when she ran into the sitting room and said, "Look, Look! I am learning about possessives. So, I made an apostrophe s on Kitty's bag!"

100 Days
A few weeks ago, we celebrated 100 Days at school. For one of her projects, she made a butterfly out of the number 100. I made a purple and gray elephant to be an example. She loved this activity!

Happy Chinese New Year 2013
We had a super evening celebrating the Year of the Snake at our local Chinese restaurant.
Amy Hill planned a fun, creative evening with lots of "snakey"activities, along with another amazing dessert. This year, she made a snake out of cupcakes. It was delicious!
Lily loved her new snake friend that she was able to color in a rainbow pattern. I am sure that Sushi will also love her new snake!
Lily said that she wanted her usual meal- Lo Mein Noodles with no veggies. She also ate lots of fried rice with sweet and sour sauce. She couldn't wait to open her Fortune Cookie which was completely perfect. She is definitely an original and so creative!

WinterJam
We had a wonderful evening with our friends, The Marshalls, at WinterJam. We enjoyed seeing three of Lily's favorite artists- TobyMac, Jamie Grace, and Jason Castro (pictured below).
